For online payments: We accept payments via SADAD payment system, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express only) / mada cards for cards issued by Saudi banks only through our banking service provider’s online portal.

In case of online payment, the customer will receive an on-screen notification once the payment has been accepted. We are not responsible if the payment is declined or cancelled by the credit card / mada card provider for any reason. You should check with your credit card / mada card provider’s bank for the reason for rejection.

MADA cards are only available for the following banks (Al Rajhi, Riyadh, Al Jazira, Al Bilad), partial refunds are not possible on MADA cards.
