Hiring / Rental Policy

Terms for renting radios, PoC devices, repeaters and accessories from Anzmt Almajal Trading Est. (Scope Systems). You accept these terms when you send a rental request.

1. Payment terms

100% advance payment: all rentals and purchases are paid in full when the purchase order is submitted. Orders without complete payment are not processed.

2. Delivery terms

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP): we cover all delivery costs and duties — no extra delivery charges. Equipment is delivered within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, unless agreed otherwise.

3. Quotation validity

Quotations are valid for 14 days from issue; after that a revised quotation may be needed.
Prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
Changes such as quantity adjustments may need a revised quotation — ask sales@scopesystems.sa or WhatsApp.

4. PoC subscriptions

Contract duration is agreed per client and project.
SIM cards can be returned or replaced in case of technical failure or early termination.
Contracts must be signed, stamped and confirmed by a letter on company letterhead.
Unlimited push-to-talk within your group through Zain, maintained according to network coverage.

5. Site survey & demo units

A free site survey is included inside Riyadh, and free demo units are provided for new enquiries. Damage to demo units is charged. Demo units kept beyond the agreed period are charged as rental.

6. Order confirmation

Issuing a purchase order confirms and approves the rental or purchase of tested equipment. After payment, no cancellation, refund or order change is allowed.

Returns or refunds can be requested within 14 days of delivery. For back-to-back orders cancelled after shipment, a 15% fee applies, subject to partner approval.

7. General terms

Clients provide all documents needed for customs clearance; delays may delay delivery.
After-sales support is provided on-site or remotely.
All rental and service operations comply with Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST, formerly CITC) regulations and Saudi law.

8. Termination of subscriptions

Subscription contracts may end early if the SIM cards provided have technical errors, or if both parties formally agree.
