At Scopes Systems Establishment, we offer a pre-order service where you can contact us and specify the required items, and once your payment is confirmed, scopesystems.sa will guarantee your pre-order devices or items, but please note that delivery dates are dependent on the supplier’s own schedules and cannot be fully expected. However, we at Scopes Systems promise to save time and effort to fulfil your pre-orders to the fullest.

Delivery dates for pre-orders and in-store pickup may vary based on the supplier’s delivery and the customer’s delivery or pickup city.
Customers will be informed of the final dates and time once the supplier’s stock arrives by SMS, email or phone to the customer.
Estimated dates are estimates based on the supplier’s delivery to Saudi Arabia and not the customer’s local delivery dates.

We retain the right to cancel any pre-order due to delivery failure from our suppliers. scopesystems.sa will always do its best to fulfil all pre-orders and deliver within the estimated delivery time, however the estimated delivery time is based on the lead time from the supplier and not a confirmed delivery date as previously explained.

scopesystems.sa will always do its best to fulfil all pre-orders from the store and make the order available as soon as possible based on the supplier’s delivery and store opening dates, and we emphasise that customers will be informed of the final dates and time once the supplier’s stock arrives by SMS, email or phone to the customer.

All pre-order customers will receive updates from scopesystems.sa in case the delivery date changes and also when scopesystems.sa receives further delivery information from the supplier.

If the Supplier fails to deliver the Pre-Order on time, scopesystems.sa has no liability for the delay and will not contribute any compensation to the Customer for delayed Pre-Orders beyond the originally estimated delivery date.

Customers cannot at any time request a refund of any pre-order if the order is approved to be supplied from suppliers outside Saudi Arabia.
