General Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all sales, services, rentals, programming and support provided by Scope Systems – Anzmt Almajal Trading Est. for walkie-talkie and radio communication equipment in Saudi Arabia.

1. Product usage & regulatory compliance

Radios are for licensed and authorised use only. Customers must follow Saudi laws and the licensing requirements of the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST). We help you align with CST guidelines, but final compliance is the customer’s legal responsibility.

2. Ordering & payment

Quotations are valid for a limited time unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only on receipt of full payment or an official purchase order approved by the buyer’s organisation. Payment by bank transfer, mada, Visa, Mastercard or SADAD. Prices are in SAR and exclude VAT unless mentioned.

3. Shipping & delivery

We deliver across Saudi Arabia, typically within 2–5 business days depending on location and stock. We are not liable for delays caused by logistics providers, customs, weather or force majeure. You receive a tracking reference and contact.

4. International shipping

Available for selected products, subject to export regulations and licensing. Request a shipping quotation first; it includes cost, delivery time and duties. Customers are responsible for import permits. Risk and title pass on handover to the carrier.

5. Warranty

Devices and accessories have a 12-month limited warranty from delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty is void after:

Unauthorised repair, tampering or disassembly
Physical damage from drops, water or fire
Non-approved accessories or improper voltage
Programming changes by unauthorised personnel

6. Returns & replacement

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of receipt for defective or wrongly delivered items, unused and in original packaging. We may offer repair, replacement or credit. A restocking fee may apply for returns not caused by our error. See the Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Programming & technical services

We programme analog, digital and PoC devices to your specifications or CST licence. Reprogramming, frequency updates and technical visits outside warranty are charged; on-site visits are by appointment and may include travel charges.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from misuse, interference, unauthorised modification or failure to follow licensing. Customers must ensure proper installation, training and spectrum compliance.

9. Intellectual property

Manuals, frequency templates, programming software and materials supplied by us remain our property and may not be copied or shared without written permission.

10. Governing law & acceptance

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, with jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh. Using the website means you accept these terms; we may update them at any time.
