Hiring/Rental Policy for Products – Anzmat Almajal Trading Est.
1. Payment Terms:
- 100% Advanced Payment: All payments for rental or purchase of products must be made in full at the time of submitting the Purchase Order. Orders without complete payment will not be processed or fulfilled.
2. Delivery Terms:
- Delivery Duty Paid (DDP): Anzmat Almajal Trading Est. will handle all delivery-related costs and duties, ensuring no additional charges are imposed on the customer for the delivery of the rented or purchased products.
- Delivery Timeframe: Products will be delivered within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.
3. Quotation Validity:
- Quotation Validity Period: All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance. After this period, a new or revised quotation may be required.
- Pricing Currency: Prices are quoted in Saudi Arabian Riyals (SAR).
- Order Modifications: Any changes in the order, including quantity adjustments, may require a revised formal quotation, which can be obtained through the sales team via sales@scopesystems.sa or WhatsApp.
4. Subscription Details (If Applicable):
- Contract Duration: Subscription contracts are customized according to the specific requirements of each client and project. Contract duration is defined by mutual agreement between Anzmat Almajal Trading Est. and the client.
- SIM Card Provision and Support: SIM cards provided as part of the service can be returned or replaced in the event of technical failures or early contract termination.
- Contract Confirmation: All subscription contracts must be signed, stamped, and include a formal letter on company letterhead confirming the service activation and monitoring.
- Push-to-Talk (PTT) Service: Unlimited PTT connections within the subscriber’s group are provided through Zain, with Anzmat Almajal Trading Est. ensuring the service is maintained based on the provider’s network coverage.
- Activation and Support: Anzmat Almajal Trading Est. is responsible for the completion of activation and provides ongoing support in accordance with the provider’s policies.
5. General Terms and Conditions:
- Customization and Delivery of Solutions: Anzmat Almajal Trading Est. offers tailored communication solutions sourced globally or locally. These customized solutions are deployed efficiently and backed by comprehensive technical support.
- Order Processing and Customs: Clients are responsible for providing all required documents for customs clearance. Any delay in providing the necessary documents may result in delayed deliveries.
- Return and Refund Policy: A return or refund can be requested within 14 days of delivery. After this period, requests will not be considered. For back-to-back order cancellations post-shipment, a 15% penalty fee applies, subject to partner approval.
- Site Survey and Samples Policy: Free sample units are provided for new inquiries. Any damage to demo units will result in additional charges. Clients may retain demo units beyond the agreed period, but additional rental charges will apply.
- Order Confirmation and Approval: Once a Purchase Order is issued, the client confirms and approves the rental or purchase of tested equipment. No cancellations, refunds, or order modifications are allowed after payment has been received.
- After-Sales Support: Anzmat Almajal Trading Est. provides after-sales support, either on-site or remotely, ensuring equipment continues to meet performance and service requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: All rental and service operations comply with regulations from the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) and the laws governing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
6. Termination of Subscription Contracts:
- Termination Conditions: Contracts may be terminated early if there are technical errors in the SIM cards provided, or if either party formally agrees to end the contract before its conclusion.
