General Terms and Conditions

Scope :

These terms apply to all sales, services, rentals, programming, and support provided by Scope Systems – Anzmt Almajal Trading Est. in relation to walkie-talkie and radio communication equipment within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Product Usage and Regulatory Compliance

  • All walkie-talkie radio terminals provided by Anzmt Almajal are intended for licensed and authorized use only. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the equipment adheres to the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This includes full compliance with the requirements and licensing procedures issued by the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST). Anzmt Almajal offers assistance in aligning with CST guidelines; however, final compliance remains the customer’s legal responsibility.

2. Ordering and Payment Terms

  • All quotations issued by Anzmt Almajal Est. are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or issuance of an official purchase order (PO) approved by the buyer’s organization. Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit cards (Mada, Visa, Mastercard), or SADAD. All prices are in Saudi Riyals and exclusive of VAT unless otherwise mentioned.
 

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We provide local and national delivery services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Delivery lead time is typically between 2 to 5 business days, depending on location and stock availability. While we aim to meet delivery schedules, Anzmt Almajal is not liable for delays caused by logistics providers, customs clearance, weather, or force majeure events. Customers will receive a tracking reference and contact for coordination.
  • International Shipping

    Anzmt Almajal Trading Est. offers international shipping for select walkie-talkie products and accessories, subject to applicable export regulations and licensing requirements. Customers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are required to request a shipping quotation in advance. This can be done by contacting our sales team through our official channels before placing an order. The final shipping cost, estimated delivery time, and any applicable customs duties or taxes will be provided in the quotation. All international shipments are subject to approval based on the destination country’s communication regulations and import policies. Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary import permits or certifications required by their local authorities. We are not liable for delays, confiscations, or rejections due to customs clearance or non-compliance with local import laws. Risk of loss and title for international orders pass to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier.

4. Warranty Policy

  • All walkie-talkie devices and communication accessories are covered under a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and internal component failures under normal use. Warranty will be void in the following cases:

    • Unauthorized repair, tampering, or disassembly.

    • Physical damage due to drops, water, or fire.

    • Damage resulting from using non-approved accessories or improper voltage.

    • Programming changes made by unauthorized personnel.

            Warranty services are provided either in-store, remotely, or via approved service partners.

5. Returns and Replacement

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt, strictly for defective or wrongly delivered items. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Upon inspection, we may offer repair, replacement, or credit. A restocking fee may apply for returns not resulting from fault or error by Anzmt Almajal.

6. Programming and Technical Services

  • We offer professional programming and configuration services for analog, digital, and POC devices. Customers may request pre-configuration according to their specifications or CST license. Post-sale services such as reprogramming, frequency updates, or technical visits are subject to additional fees if outside the warranty coverage. On-site services are available by appointment and may incur travel charges based on distance please contact us for further information of this service.

7. Liability and Limitations

  • Anzmt Almajal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from device misuse, signal interference, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow regulatory licensing. Customers must ensure proper installation, training, and compliance with spectrum usage laws.

8. Intellectual Property and Content

  • All user manuals, frequency templates, programming software, and materials developed or supplied by Anzmt Almajal remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • The laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia govern these terms. In case of dispute, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

By accessing or using the website of Anzmt Almajal Trading Est., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, whether in part or in whole, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

Anzmt Almajal reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
